Where every meal begins with love
La Tia. Gaby Tienda was born from a simple conviction: that the best food is the kind made with intention, the kind your abuela would approve of. Gaby brought her mother's recipes from the heart of Mexico and opened her kitchen to Provo — not as a restaurant, but as an extension of her dining room.
Every tortilla is hand-pressed. Every mole is simmered long enough to develop depth. Every guest is greeted the way a niece or nephew would be — with familiarity, warmth, and an extra helping before you even ask.
We source locally when we can and import the rest with the same care Gaby learned at her mother's shoulder. The result is food that doesn't just feed you — it remembers you.
